What is Somatic Breathwork?

“Soma” means the body as perceived from within. By changing your breath pattern, we bypass the critical mind and access the autonomic nervous system and the body’s stored emotional energy.

In a typical Somatic Breathwork session, I will guide you into an active, circular breathing pattern while you relax comfortably. As your system shifts, you may experience intense physical sensations, emotional releases (such as crying or laughter), or profound clarity.

My Role: I am your anchor and guide. I provide verbal cues, hold the space, and use proven techniques to help you move through any resistance, ensuring a powerful and gentle healing experience.
